WHAT MAKES CROSSFIT DELUGE DIFFERENT?
CrossFit Deluge was founded in 2016. Owners Jake and Christine have been doing Crossfit for over a 15 years and we take fitness very seriously and at the same time having a lot of fun in doing so. Our team of coaches train everyone from soccer moms, to obstacle course racers, to military, first responders and kids. Our main focus is on function and human performance. We view intensity and intelligent programming as the key components of our fitness program. Our training is based on the premise of CrossFit of being constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity.
As a member of Crossfit Deluge, you are an important part of a larger community. We all play a supportive role in each other's fitness journey. Here you will have the tools and support you’ll need to develop a healthy movement and lifestyle practice. Our coaches are passionate about helping you, and we want your enthusiasm and motivation!

I started Crossfit in 2010. My wife started 6 months before me and I saw what amazing results it was having on her, so I decided to give it a shot. I was humbled on how out of shape I was the first day. Thats when I made the decision to go all in. In 2016 I had the oppertunity to start my own box, It was a tough decision, but I defintely made the right choice. I have such a passion to make others better themselves in both fitness and in life. In my downtime I enjoy time with my family and friends.

I have been doing CrossFit for 11 years now. When I first started CF, I had no idea what is was about. I just needed to get lose some weight and learn better eating habits. The CrossFit community is the reason why I became an owner and coach back in June 2016.
About a year later, I quit my job of 22 years and became a NASM CPT and earned additional specializations, as I knew I had a passion for helping others get through injuries and meet their goals.
I coach the Kids CrossFit classes, Low Impact and also provide personal training sessions. The best part of being an owner is meeting some great people I consider my second ‘family”.

I started Crossfit in 2018 and had no clue what I was getting into. What I found was a fun and family-like atmosphere that taught me challenging ways to become healthier and stronger through functional movements. It’s been an amazing experience and is what motivated me to complete Crossfit Level 1 Training, in addition to supporting various kid’s classes at CF Deluge.
Depending on the day/time of the week I’m either working my 9-5, w/ my husband attending one of my son’s sporting events, or at the gym working out or assisting as a coach.
