Founded in 2016 in Graham, Washington, CrossFit Deluge represents over 15 years of CrossFit expertise from owners Jake and Christine. Our passion-driven approach combines serious fitness training with an enjoyable, welcoming atmosphere. We proudly serve diverse athletes—from busy parents and weekend warriors to elite obstacle course racers, military personnel, first responders, and young athletes—all united in their pursuit of functional fitness excellence.

About Jake

I started CrossFit in 2010 after seeing the amazing results it had on my wife. I was humbled by how out of shape I was on the first day, which motivated me to go all in. In 2016, I had the opportunity to start my own box - it was a tough decision, but I definitely made the right choice. I have such a passion for helping others better themselves in both fitness and in life. In my downtime, I enjoy time with my family and friends.

About Christine

I have been doing CrossFit for 15+ years now. When I first started, I had no idea what it was about - I just needed to lose some weight and learn better eating habits. The CrossFit community is the reason why I became an owner and coach in June 2016. About a year later, I quit my job of 22 years to become a NASM CPT and earned additional specializations. I coach Kids CrossFit classes, Low Impact, and provide personal training sessions. The best part of being an owner is meeting great people I consider my second 'family'.

About Corena

I started CrossFit in 2018 and had no clue what I was getting into. What I found was a fun and family-like atmosphere that taught me challenging ways to become healthier and stronger through functional movements. It's been an amazing experience and motivated me to complete CrossFit Level 1 Training, in addition to supporting various kids' classes at CF Deluge. When I'm not at my 9-5 job or attending my son's sporting events, you'll find me at the gym working out or coaching.

About Trisha

Hi, I'm Trisha Johnston! I joined CrossFit Deluge in 2023 and was immediately drawn to the coaches, sense of community and support that makes this gym so special. I'm a Marine Corps veteran and had the privilege of serving in Iraq in 2009. Today, I volunteer as a firefighter with South Pierce Fire & Rescue and work full-time as an aerospace quality inspector. Outside of work and the gym, I help coach my daughter's select softball team and love spending time with family. For me, fitness isn't just about getting stronger—it's about building connections, challenging ourselves together, and celebrating each other's wins. Fitness, service, and teamwork have always been a part of my life, and I'm excited to keep sharing that passion with you.
