CROSSFIT KIDS

CROSSFIT KIDS

Athletic development for ages 6–12. Foundational movement, real coaching, and progression that meets every kid where they are.

CrossFit Kids

Real training, scaled for young athletes.

Every kid trains like an athlete here, at the level that's right for their age and stage. Coaches teach movement mechanics and build strength gradually, and the kids put in the effort every workout.

No daycare. No token games. No skipping the fundamentals. Two age groups, one standard.

What is CrossFit Kids

A licensed program from CrossFit HQ.

CrossFit Kids is a strength and conditioning program licensed by CrossFit for athletes ages 6 through 12. It uses the same constantly-varied functional movements as adult CrossFit, scaled to age, ability, and developmental stage.

The methodology emphasizes movement quality and consistent mechanics long before introducing intensity or load. Programming is built specifically for young bodies and growing athletes, not adult workouts run at lower weight.

Programs

Two programs. One standard.

Same coaches, same gym, same expectations. Loading and complexity scale to what each athlete can safely train.

What they get

Outcomes, not promises.

What the work builds over months of showing up. Some shows up at school and on the field. Some shows up at home.

  1. 01

    Movement before load.

Every session teaches mechanics first. Athletes learn to squat, push, pull, and pick up loads safely before any of it gets heavier or faster.

  2. 02

    Strength under instruction.

Loading is introduced when an athlete is ready, and only under a coach's eye. No randomized barbell sessions, no skipped progressions.

  3. 03

    Capacity that transfers.

Conditioning builds an engine that carries over to school sports, recess, and the rest of their day. The training shows up where it counts.

  4. 04

A standard worth showing up to.

Athletes train alongside peers and coaches who hold each other to the work. They learn what it looks like to show up, finish, and come back.

Coaching

How we keep it safe.

Safety is not a slogan. It is coach credentials, age-appropriate programming, and a progression that earns load and intensity over time.

Credentialed coaches

The kids coaches are CrossFit Level 2, gymnastics certification and additional youth training. They know how to teach movement mechanics, scale appropriately, and keep a watchful eye on every athlete.

Age-appropriate programming

Workouts are written for each age group's developmental stage. Loading, complexity, and duration scale to match.

Mechanics before intensity

Movement quality is non-negotiable. Loading and pace come once the mechanics hold up under fatigue.

Small class sizes

Low coach-to-athlete ratios so every kid gets eyes on their movement, every session.

Bethel School District

Built alongside Bethel students.

CrossFit Deluge works with students from across Bethel School District, the public schools serving Graham and the surrounding area. Training that meets them where they are: building strength, preparing for a sport, or learning what a real workout actually looks like.

For the kids program, that connection matters. Kids who train here see what comes next, and many of them keep training with us through high school and beyond.
