What is CrossFit Kids?

CrossFit Kids brings the same foundational principles of CrossFit to young athletes through age-appropriate, fun, and engaging programs. Our mission is to create a positive relationship with fitness that will last a lifetime, combating childhood obesity while building confidence, strength, and healthy habits.

Just like adult CrossFit, our Kids program features constantly varied functional movements - but the approach emphasizes fun, learning, and gradual progression. We focus on movement quality and consistency long before introducing any intensity, ensuring every child develops proper mechanics and a love for movement.

Kids (Ages 6-9)

Introduction to movement patterns through games and play. Focus on fun while learning basic bodyweight movements.
