What Happens in a CrossFit Class?

Our classes follow a structured format to ensure you get a safe, effective, and fun workout every single time.

Group Warm-Up

Every class begins with a coach-led warm-up to prepare your body for the workout, increase blood flow, and activate the specific muscles we'll be using.

Skill & Strength

We'll focus on a specific skill (like gymnastics or rope climbs) or a strength component (like squats or deadlifts). The coach provides instruction and feedback to help you improve technique.

Workout of the Day (WOD)

The main event! This is a high-intensity, constantly varied workout that challenges you and delivers incredible results. Every WOD is scalable to any fitness level.

Cool-Down & Mobility

We finish each class with stretching and mobility work to aid recovery, improve flexibility, and reduce soreness, ensuring you're ready for your next session.
